Session One:
The Influence of Thought is the starting point for Changing Your Appearance, One Thought at a Time® —“no matter what change you desire it to be”. It is also, the keynote subject matter of The Quest, from the beginning to the very end. You’d be surprised by how much negative influence is permitted into your
daily life without any warning—at all times.
The session consists of topics like what thought is, what thought does, what has influenced your thoughts, and what continues to influence your thoughts at this very moment—all of which are intended to awaken you to the mystery of mental phenomena and how thoughts design. I remember when I began the quest in January 2008. I had no idea what I had embarked on by pursuing this subject. In truth, I had an incomplete understanding of what thought was, due centrally to the factor that my understanding was formed from the dictionary meaning of the word. I had no idea at that time that thoughts create conditions, circumstance, and habits—as well as effects, but today I have an extensive understanding of the several dynamics within the concept. It took me five years of research and patient observations to develop a useful understanding on the nature of thought, and then another year-and-a-half to begin to implement a strategy to be able to change my life to what I desire it to be, one thought and one condition at a time.
It was the renowned Ralph Waldo Emerson that said that “the years teach much which the days never know” and I more than agree; hadn’t it been for these last seven years of diligent research and study, along with inward and outward patient observations, I wouldn’t know what I know today. This session intends to educate you based on scientific facts on the influence of thought, and with such knowledge you too can begin the process of Changing Your Appearance, One Thought at a Time® in whatever way you choose.
